Each financing strategy is tailored based on the investor’s profile, investment size, and structure.

Financing is subject to underwriting guidelines, investor qualifications, and deal structure.  Lynix Global does not directly lend, but facilitates access to financing solutions through its network of partners.

How United States Financing Works for International Investors ________________________________________

Step 1 – Investor Capital
Foreign investor provides equity (typically 20–40%)

Step 2 – U.S. Entity Formation

  • U.S. LLC (required by most lenders)

Step 3 – Financing Placement
We match the deal with:

  • Direct foreign national lenders OR
  • Multifamily/commercial lenders

Step 4 – Property Acquisition

  • Financing + equity closes the deal

Step 5 – Stabilization / Refinance (Optional)

  • Transition into long-term U.S. financing
